Whyte, McElmon & Associates Limited was incorporated in 1990 at which time it assumed the working assets of John A. McElmon & Associates Limited and files dating to the 1950’s. The firm has provided the public with surveying, civil and/or survey engineering and development consulting services since that time. Whyte, McElmon is 100% owned by its president, David J. Whyte, NSLS.
